We are looking for a Category Management & Own Label Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team in Gronau (Westphalia), either full-time or in a near full-time capacity (32–40 hours per week).
As the development of our private label requires close collaboration across teams, the role is intentionally based primarily on-site.

You will bring structure to our assortment, identify growth opportunities and actively drive the development of our private label Miras.

Your key responsibilities
• Analyze sales data and derive actionable insights to optimize product assortments
• Structure and further develop product categories with a clear focus on performance and relevance
• Drive the expansion of our private label by identifying high-potential products
• Manage new product development from initial idea to successful market placement
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Purchasing, Sales and Supply Chain
• Support demand planning and contribute to optimizing stock levels and availability
• Contribute to supplier selection, sourcing and the continuous development of our product portfolio

Your profile
• Relevant experience in purchasing, category management or comparable analytical roles, ideally within FMCG
• Strong analytical mindset combined with a structured way of working
• Interest in food, international products and current market trends
• Understanding of commercial drivers such as margin, cost and demand
• Proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to work independently
• Strong Excel skills and/or solid data analysis capabilities
• Fluent in German and English; Turkish is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset combined with a structured way of working
• Interest in food, international products and current market trends
• Understanding of commercial drivers such as margin, cost and demand
• Proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to work independently
