Im Rahmen unseres kontinuierlichen Wachstums suchen wir einen Junior Financial Controller (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in Gronau (Westfalen), mit einer Wochenarbeitszeit von 32–40 Stunden.

IHRE ROLLE

In dieser Position arbeiten Sie eng mit unseren Kollegen aus Finanz- und Rechnungswesen zusammen und berichten an den Group Controller. Sie sorgen für eine zuverlässige, termingerechte und transparente Verwaltung und bringen aktiv Ideen zur Prozessverbesserung ein. Auf Gruppenebene betreuen wir die Buchhaltung und das Controlling von insgesamt drei Gesellschaften in Deutschland, Belgien und den Niederlanden. Auf operativer Ebene werden Sie von Mitarbeitern der Buchhaltung und dem Group Controller unterstützt.

IHRE HAUPTAUFGABEN

Buchung der niederländischen und belgischen Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen in den jeweiligen Hauptbüchern sowie Pflege und Kontrolle dieser Hauptbücher
Verantwortlich für das Forderungsmanagement, einschließlich Koordination mit Vertriebsmitarbeitern, Kreditprüfungsstellen und Inkassounternehmen zur Optimierung der Forderungseintreibung
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der monatlichen und jährlichen Abschlüsse
Mitarbeit bei Budgetierung, Forecasting und Liquiditätsplanung
Analyse von Abweichungen und Identifikation von Optimierungsmöglichkeiten

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium auf Fachhochschul- oder Bachelor-Niveau im Bereich Finanzen, Wirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in einer Finanzrolle, idealerweise in der Lebensmittelbranche
Selbstständige, präzise und analytische Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Niederländisch, Deutsch und Englisch
Erfahrung mit Business Central (ERP-System) von Vorteil
Kenntnisse in Power BI wünschenswert

We are seeking a Junior Financial Controller to support our finance team in delivering accurate reporting, insightful analysis and efficient budgeting. As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Junior Financial Controller (m/f/d) at our location in Gronau (Westphalia), working 32-40 hours per week.

YOUR ROLE

In this role, you will work closely with our finance and accounting colleagues and report to the group controller. You ensure a reliable, timely and clear administration and actively think along about improvements. At the Tok group level, we manage the accounting & controlling of 3 entities in Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands. On an operational level, you will receive support from the finance team.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounting of the Dutch and Belgium purchase and sales invoices in their respective general ledgers and maintaining and controlling of these general ledgers
Responsible for the accounts receivable management, coordinating with sales representatives, credit agencies and debt collection agencies to optimize receivables collectability
Assisting in the preparation of the monthly and annual closings
Supporting budgeting, forecasting and liquidity planning
Identifying deviations and opportunities for process improvement

Your profile

College or Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Economics or a similar degree
At least 3 years of relevant experience in a financial role with experience in a food distribution environment
Independence, accuracy and analytical skills
Good understanding of both Dutch, German and English
Experience with Business Central (ERP system) is a plus
Knowledge of Power BI
